Terms and conditions for using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging PJ Kool Aircond Service (operated by Yit Loong Trading) for any aircond services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following air conditioning services in Petaling Jaya and the greater Klang Valley area:

  • Aircond chemical wash (wall-mounted and ceiling cassette units)
  • Standard aircond cleaning and servicing
  • Aircond repair and troubleshooting
  • Aircond installation (new and replacement units)
  • Commercial aircond maintenance
  • Gas top-up and refrigerant services

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of standard service charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional parts, materials, or work discovered during service may incur extra charges. We will seek your approval before proceeding with any additional work.
  • Published prices on our website are indicative and may vary based on unit type, condition, and accessibility.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

  • We aim to honour all scheduled appointments. In rare cases, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Please ensure someone is present at the service location during the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments.
  • For larger projects (installation, multiple units), a deposit may be required before work begins.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

  • Chemical wash services include a free gas top-up (for qualifying units) as part of our standard service.
  • Repair work is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of service.
  • Replacement parts carry their own manufacturer warranty, which we will communicate to you at the time of service.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or third-party modifications.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • PJ Kool Aircond Service will not be held liable for pre-existing damage to aircond units that is discovered during service.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from faulty electrical wiring, power surges, or conditions beyond our control.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your aircond units and any known issues.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the units to be serviced.
  • Clear the area around indoor and outdoor units before the technician arrives.
  • Inform us of any building rules or access restrictions that may affect service delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of PJ Kool Aircond Service and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
