When you book a diagnostic visit, there is a RM 50 fee for the technician to come to your location, inspect the unit, and identify the problem. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this RM 50 is waived and you only pay for the repair itself (labour plus parts). If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the RM 50 diagnostic fee.
The most common issues we handle are water leaking (usually caused by blocked drainage), poor cooling (dirty coils or low gas), unusual noises (loose fan or worn bearings), blinking error lights (sensor or PCB faults), and the unit not turning on (capacitor or electrical issues). We can diagnose and repair all of these.
Our technicians carry common replacement parts such as capacitors, sensors, drainage pipes, and fan motors. For less common parts like specific PCB boards or compressor components, we may need to source them and schedule a follow-up visit, usually within 1 to 3 working days.
The warranty covers the specific repair work and parts we replaced. If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the repair, we will return and fix it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover unrelated new problems or issues caused by power surges or physical damage.
