Our Story
20+ Years of Keeping Klang Valley Cool
PJ Kool Aircond Service was founded in 2003 by Mr. Heng Yit Loong, a technician who spent years watching the aircond servicing industry in Malaysia frustrate customers with undertrained workers, hidden charges, and unnecessary upselling.
He started PJ Kool with one rule that still defines us today: only senior technicians handle your aircond. No trainees. No apprentices. No subcontractors. Every person we send to your home or office has at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
Over two decades later, we've served more than 10,000 customers across Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang Jaya, and the wider Klang Valley. We've built our reputation on transparent pricing, included gas top-ups, and the kind of honest service that turns first-time customers into long-term clients.
Managed by Yit Loong Trading, PJ Kool remains a family-run operation where the founder still personally oversees complex repairs and trains every technician to his standard.

With over 20 years in the HVAC industry, Mr. Heng founded PJ Kool Aircond Service in 2003. He personally trains every technician and still handles complex repair cases. His philosophy: every customer deserves the same quality of work he'd expect in his own home.
Ahmad Fauzi
Senior Technician
Ahmad has been with PJ Kool Aircond Service for over 15 years. Specialising in ceiling cassette systems and commercial maintenance, he's the go-to technician for F&B outlets across Damansara and SS2. He holds certifications in R32 and R410A refrigerant handling.
